Workshop Project

I talked to Zach and Gabby about their ideas for project three. Gabby wants to do a poster, a website, and a twitter. She is planning on connecting all three by having a qr code (or mentioning her website on her poster somehow), and then having a link to the twitter account on her website. She wants the main goal of her three genres to be about keeping the Stanislavski's acting method alive in the modern world. Zach is doing a poster, a poem, and an info graphic. Since his research paper was more fact driven and informational when it came to refugees, he wants to try and add more emotion to his topic through his different genres.

I am planning on doing a website, a poem, and a poster. My research paper was about American Sign Language interpreting, but I felt that ASL interpreting was a small audience and wanted my third project to reach a broader audience. So with my three genres, I want to try and use them to educate the "hearing world" on deaf culture. I want to use them to try and bridge the gap between the two worlds.
